To make it as easy as possible for you, we have summarized the most important aspects of our return policy for you.

1. For items purchased from Gadget Club, a return period of 14 days applies. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. If you have ordered multiple items, the period begins when you receive the last product, as required by law.
2. The item must always be in its original packaging and have the correct serial number.
3. If any damage occurs to the accessories during the meantime, rendering them unsellable, you are responsible for the incurred costs.
4. Returns must be requested through your own Gadget Club account or by contacting us.

How do you return your order?

Through your personal Gadget Club account, go to "my orders" where you will see your orders and can easily request a return. After the request, we will be notified and will contact you as soon as possible to finalize the process.

Are there any costs associated with returns?

That depends entirely on you! You are always welcome to visit one of our nine branches to return or exchange the product. If you don't have time for that and prefer to send it back yourself, it is also not a problem, but the shipping costs will be at your own expense. Always keep the shipping receipt to avoid any surprises.

Returns should be sent to the address: Beethovenstraat 94, 1077 JN, AMSTERDAM.

As mentioned earlier, it is also possible to visit one of our nine branches. We will ensure that the product is returned to Gadget Club at the Beethovenstraat free of charge.

What is the next step in the return process?

Once we have received the order in good condition, we will take immediate action. Usually, you will have the refund back to your account within five business days, depending on the payment method.
